Retesting the Theories:

Scientific laws vs. theories

(Finding the truth)

Now that we know there are certain 'exceptions' to some scientific laws, and know at least one exception (along with an observation) we are finally ready to retest the theories to see which one is most accurate:

1.Law of Cause & Effect (Law of Causality)

Evolution

States that the universe came from a big explosion that seems to have happened for no given reason.

Unclear: A big explosion creating the universe is the cause and the effect is the existence of the universe, so this agrees with the law of Cause & Effect (Law of Causality). However, the explosion itself seems to have no real cause (though some causes are given) itself, thus the explosion that made the universe has no known cause itself: thus, this part contradicts the law of Cause & Effect (Law of Causality).

However, even though there are no exceptions to this law known, as stated before it almost had to have been broken some point in the past: the question we want to answer is how this law was broken.

Evolution states that this law was broken by the big bang that seems to have no known direct cause, but this does not mean evolution is saying the big bang had no cause whatsoever (just that the possible cause is unknown) :

The theory of evolution does not give a clear answer to what exactly was the cause of the big bang nor where exactly the singularity came from that was all the concentrated matter/energy that came out of the big bang, but there are some hypothesizes: one is a parallel multiverse in another universe started the big bang in this one, or it was even caused by something (like a fluctuation of quantum energy) from a different dimension effecting this one. Neither of these supposed causes can be fully verified at the time by scientific tests/knowledge (there is no way known to observe this cause with our senses nor with the help of a tool) but does possibly give a cause to the existence of the big bang/singularity coming out of nothing. Also its important to note that evolution also states that before the big bang there was nothing in existence in this universe known: not just no 3-D space but not even time existed (and since the law of cause and effect only works with time this could be the only known exception to this law under these special conditions) therefore the Big bang does not even need a cause because it was before the law of cause and effect could work thus the exception that could get past 'breaking' this law: however when the big band made space-time in this universe the law of cause and effect was now in effect.

Therefore, the theory of evolution's big bang theory seems to be unclear concerning the law of cause and effect and could possibly be the only known exception to this law.

Creation

States that the universe was made by (an) intelligent and power being(s)

Unclear: (An) intelligent and power being(s) creating is the cause, and the effect is the existence of the universe, so this agrees with the law of Cause & Effect (Law of Causality). However, the intelligent and power being(s) himself/herself/itself/themselves may or may not have a clear cause to his/her/its/their existence or have no cause to exist (this also varies based on the specific religious beliefs of [a] specific type of God(s)/higher power(s) ) so the intelligent and power being(s) himself/herself/itself/themselves seem to have no real cause, thus the being(s) that made the universe has no known cause itself: thus this part contradicts the law of Cause & Effect (Law of Causality).

Once again, even though there are no exceptions to this law known, it almost had to have been broken some point in the past: the question we want to answer is how this law was broken.

Creation states this law was broken by (a) far more powerful being(s) that possibly (depending on the creation story) existed before space (or even time) as well (however some creation stories have the powerful being (s) just appearing in already existing space and time ,where this law should already be in effect, for no real reason [possibly their own willpower which does not make logical sense] this would contradict this law and make these specific creation stories fail, however other gods (what the higher being(s) are also referred to in many creation stories) are described as being beyond space-time as well; therefore ,like the big bang, would not necessarily be affected by the law of cause and effect (he/she/they/them/it etc. would not necessarily need a cause to exist because this law does not affect them).

therefore, the theory of intelligent design seems to also be unclear concerning the law of cause and effect.

(but as a side note, does slightly agree more with the only known exception/observation than the big bang theory: that (a) intelligent powerful creator(s) were the cause of the existence of the universe instead of a natural random big bang)

Ultimately both theories are unclear as their beginning being the only known exception to the law of cause and effect.

However, it Seems logical to assume from this test with the two main theories of the origin of this universe, that whatever 'broke' this law would most likely have to extend father beyond this universe and/or be above this universal law.

2.Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy

Evolution

States that all energy and matter was created from the big bang

Failed: A big explosion creating all energy and matter in the universe is making new energy and matter and thus is directly contradicting the Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy which states the opposite (which says energy and matter cannot be created).

However even though technically there is no known exception to this rule, in an ironic contradiction all matter and energy had to be created/made at some point in the past for this matter and energy to exists therefore even though there are no exceptions to this law known it had to have been broken some point in the past: the question we want to answer ,once again, is how this law was broken.

The theory of evolution states that this law was broken by a random yet powerful explosion from a singularity/nothing that for a second or two broke this law by creating/sending out energy/matter from the small, concentrated singularity/nothing: thus, making all energy and matter in the universe that (after this time) could not be created nor destroyed: Is this how this law was broken?

There is no known exception that would allow/cause a random explosion from a singularity/nothing to make sense. Therefore, the theory of evolution’s explanation of the creation of energy/matter seems to fail this law's only known logical exception.

Creation

States that all energy and matter was created by (an) intelligent being(s)

Unclear: (an) intelligent being(s) creating all energy and matter in the universe is making new energy and matter and thus is directly contradicting the Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy which states the opposite (which says energy and matter cannot be created).

However even though technically there is no known exception to this rule, in an ironic contradiction all matter and energy had to be created/made at some point in the past for this matter and energy to exists once again, it's how this law was broken.

The theory of intelligent design states that this law was broken by the intentional creation of new energy/matter from seemingly nothing by (an) powerful intelligent being(s) who was/were able to create new energy and matter out of seemingly nothing. thus, making all energy and matter in the universe that (after this time) could not be created or destroyed. Is this how this law was broken?

There could be one indirect known exception that would allow/cause the intentional creation by (a) powerful intelligent being(s) to make sense:

The observation of intelligent design could explain how energy/matter could be created: if somewhat intelligent beings can create something new out of other simpler materials it’s not unlogical to also conclude that (a) far more powerful being(s) could somehow create matter/energy out of seemly nothing; thus ‘breaking’ the law temporarily through intelligent design making it possible for energy/matter to be created in this special case, Therefore the theory of intelligent design’s explanation to the creation of energy/matter seems to possibly be the this laws only known logical exception.

Ultimately evolution fails to be the exception to this law while creation, even though this is not fully proven to be the case, seems to be the most likely exception to this law that most likely happened.

                                    3. Law of 2nd thermodynamics (Law of Increasing Disorder/ Law of ever-increasing entropy)

Evolution

States that all matter gets more and more complex and organized (evolves) as time goes on (seen in how evolution describes forming molecules out of single atoms and then those molecules forming larger materials like minerals, planets, and stars. and even life: single cells, multicellular organisms etc.)

Failed: Matter getting more and more complex and organized overtime completely contradicts the Law of 2nd thermodynamics (Law of Increasing Disorder/ Law of ever-increasing entropy) which states the exact opposite (matter gets less and less complex and organized overtime).

however, as stated before, this law had to been broken at some point in the past for the universe to exist; but how did this happen?

The theory of evolution states that this law was broken by natural forces in the past that allowed for millions (if not billions) of years for simpler matter to evolve into complex orderly matter (like single hydrogen atoms sticking together to make bonds [more complex and orderly matter] and then forming a large, concentrated ball of hydrogen and helium to make a star that even could form new types of matter [atoms] in a supernova explosion) to make all different orderly types of matter in the universe, but the difference in this exception to all other universal laws is in evolution, these specific conditions were somewhat not just limited to the past: because as time goes on it seems some matter only gets more and more complex and orderly: from complex molecules to even far more complex machines that made the first organic life on Earth (called a cell) which then only got more complicated as they to evolved into more complex and different multicellular organisms which are even still evolving even today. This completely is against the 2nd theory of Thermodynamics (Law of increasing disorder/Law of ever-increasing entropy) which does not have proof of this type of exception anywhere really in natural forces (especially today) to do this type of complex and orderly evolution (especially in creating organic life!) Therefore, the theory of evolution’s explanation of the evolution of all matter and life in the universe seems to fail this law's only known logical exception.

Creation

States that (an) intelligent being(s) created (wherever directly intentional or indirectly unintentional) all matter and life in its present forms.

Passed:(an) intelligent being(s) creating all matter and life not only does not necessarily contradict the 2nd law of thermodynamic (Law of Increasing Disorder/ Law of ever-increasing entropy) but is the only known exception that could have ‘broken’ this law to make the universe and even life possible: (an) intelligent being(s) creating more complex creations from simpler materials is the only known way of how this law could have been broken.

Ultimately, evolution definitely fails to not only be the exception to this law but also breaking this law, while creation is the only known exception to the law, therefore it seems to be the most likely exception to this law that most likely happened.

4.Law of Biogenesis

Evolution

States that all organic life came from non-life (organic material) naturally and then only similar life comes from other similar life until it evolve/changes into new life.

Failed: organic life coming from non-life is a direct contradiction of the Law of Biogenesis which states the exact opposite (that life only comes from life). But organic life evolving into new forms of life is not necessarily a contradiction of The Law of Biogenesis because similar life is still coming from similar life, even though it slowly changing into new life.

But had to have been broken some point in the past: the question we want to answer is how this law was broken.

The theory of evolution states that this law was broken by the random natural chance of non-living materials (such as amino acids and proteins dissolved in water that happen under just the right natural circumstances, were able to randomly combine into fully functional microscopic protean machines, D.N.A. coding, and  cytoplasm and a lipid wall to randomly form a living cell organism that was able to replicate itself and divide into a new organism. Thus, making life out of non-life under these special circumstances, that after this time only life could come from similar life (these first cells) that continued to evolve into all forms of Earthly life.  Is this how this law was broken?

There is no known exception/just right condition that would allow/cause non-living material randomly form into fully functional parts to make a simple living being Therefore the theory of evolution’s explanation seems to fail this laws only known logical exception.

Creation

States that all organic life came from non-life (organic material) but by being created by (a) higher life-form(s) and after their creation, then similar life usually only came from similar life.

Unclear: while life coming from non-life is a direct contradiction of the Law of Biogenesis which states the exact opposite (that life only comes from life), it has to also be noted that this life does not necessarily come by natural forces (like in evolution), but by intelligent life creating other life. In this way, life is still technically coming from life even though it might not be similar life or by natural reproduction. But after it’s created, similar life usually comes only from other similar life by natural reproduction (depending on the specific account of this creation: Commonly called ‘creation stories/myths’ which vary wildly in how modern life was made. Most say after life was created that only similar life came from other similar life, but some have already created life transforming and making new species in some way or another).

But had to have been broken some point in the past: the question we want to answer is how this law was broken.

The theory of Intelligent Design states that this law was broken by the intentional and specific power of (a) very powerful intelligent being(s) who either purposefully or accidently created organic living life in an instant from some type of non-living materials (such as dirt, rocks, plants, sand etc.) were built and transformed into complex living beings. Thus, making life out of non-life under these special circumstances, then after this time only life could come from similar life through reproduction (but depending on the specific account of this creation: Commonly called ‘creation stories/myths’ which vary wildly in how modern life was made. Most say after life was created that only similar life came from other similar life, but some have already created life transforming and making new species in some way or another).   Is this how this law was broken?

The observation of intelligent design and the only known exception to the 2nd law of thermodynamics could explain how life from non-life could be created: if somewhat intelligent beings can create something new out of other simpler materials and reverse the law of 2nd Thermodynamic/Law of increasing entropy/disorder, it’s not unlogical to also conclude that (a) far more powerful being(s) could somehow create life out of non-life; thus ‘breaking’ the law temporarily through intelligent design making it possible for life to be created out of non-life, Therefore the theory of intelligent design’s explanation seems to possibly be the this laws only known logical exception.

Also, why not directly what this law means; it has to also be noted that this life does not necessarily come by natural forces (like in evolution), but by intelligent life creating other forms of life. In this way, life is still technically coming from life even though it might not be similar life or by natural reproduction.

But after it’s created, similar life usually comes only from other similar life by natural reproduction (depending on the specific account of this creation).

Ultimately, evolution definitely fails to not only be the exception to this law but also breaking this law, while creation is the only known exception to the law, therefore it seems to be the most likely exception to this law that most likely happened.

final Data from test:

So, we’re now done retesting the theories with the universal laws, it's time to relook at the data on the checking chart:

Ultimately, Evolution got three fails out of four while getting no check marks while creation got no fails out of four while getting one checkmark, with this data we can finally come to a conclusion for our test:

Final conclusion from data:

In the final conclusion, creationism/intelligent design once again seems to be the much more accurate theory of origin since it got no X-mark and at least one checkmark. But along with this finding, both theories seem to be questionable, but by far creationism seems to be far more likely to be the correct origin of reality: we will also examine scientific observations that pertain to these origin theories just in case and also come to a conclusion based off of these observations found in reality.
